The Bangladesh Premier League is a qualified domestic T20 cricket tournament in Bangladesh which was entrenched in 2012. The Bangladesh Premier League replaced the previous competition, the national cricket league T20 and the appearance of city based franchises instead of the divisional teams which had participated previously and continue to do so in other domestic events.
The 2015 Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) is the third section of the Bangladesh Premier League. The third section of the event will be started from 22 November 2015 and will countenance the six teams along with the tournament format double round robin group stage, two semi finals and a final.
The opening ceremony will be held on 20 November 2015 at Sheer Shah National Cricket Stadium. The final match of the event will be played on 15 December 2015. Total of 34 matches will be played counting the final in the event. All the matches will be played in two venues. The Bangladesh Premier League administrations clarify the rules of the tournament that each team will have the limit of the twenty five players including twelve foreign players.
