The next Twenty20 International Cricket world cup will be taking place in India from March 11 to April 3, 2015 as well as the 50 over world cup in 2023. The next T20 world cup will take place in 2016 and it will use the same format as the last one which Sri Lanka won defeating West Indies in the final. The dates are not finalized yet but we can expect BCCI and ICC to announce the provisional 2016 ICC T20 WC schedule somewhere in the summer of 2015.
